Plan a Thailand trip using your own quotes. Starting figures are examples, not market prices. Enter days, paid nights, travellers and rooms separately so shared accommodation is counted correctly. All prices are in Thai baht and should include taxes and service charges.
How it works
Accommodation = nights × rooms × final room price per night. It is not multiplied by travellers again.
Food and local transport = days × travellers × price per person per day. Activities and flights are whole-trip amounts per person. Other shared costs are counted once for the group.
Trip total = all costs + your chosen contingency. The example for 7 days, 6 nights, 2 travellers and 1 room has a THB 19,600 subtotal and THB 1,960 contingency at 10%: THB 21,560 total, or THB 10,780 per person.
Prepaid amounts reduce what is still to fund, not the cost of the trip. Budget balance compares your whole-trip budget against the total including contingency; a negative balance means a shortfall.

Frequently asked questions
Why are days and nights separate?
Food and local travel use days, while accommodation uses paid nights. A 7-day trip might need 6 room nights or include an overnight flight. Use your actual bookings.
Should I include flights or hotels already paid for?
Yes. Include their full price in the relevant cost field, then enter the amount already paid in prepaid costs. Only the amount still to fund is reduced.
How do I handle children or several destinations?
Use the average cost per traveller and the average price per room night. For very different destinations, calculate each leg separately and avoid counting shared costs twice.
