Let customers calculate before they contact you

Do you repeatedly explain a pricing formula, payment schedule or material estimate? Turn it into a website calculator customers can explore, with the assumptions clearly shown.

Opens your email app with a brief to complete. Sending an enquiry does not place an order.

What we agree before starting

  • The formula and example answers used for verification
  • Input fields, results, languages and page layout
  • How the tool fits your existing website and what will be delivered
  • Price, timeline and revision scope

Details that help us assess your project

  • Your business and existing website, if any
  • Customer inputs and the results you want
  • A formula or sample file without personal data
  • Required languages, target date and approximate budget

Start with your requirements

  1. 01

    Send a brief

Describe what customers will enter, the answers they need and whether you have an existing website.

  2. 02

    Discuss scope and pricing

The formula and feasibility are reviewed before a quote. Work starts only after mutual agreement.

  3. 03

    Check examples before delivery

Agreed examples are used to check that the numbers and behaviour match your requirements.

Revisions and pricing

Revision rounds, the acceptance period and post-delivery support are agreed in writing before work starts. Corrections against the agreed formula and acceptance list are distinguished from new formulas, languages or integrations, which need a separate scope and price assessment first.

Each project is priced after reviewing the brief and formula. There is no fixed sales package yet. Sending a brief or trying the demo does not place an order.

Send a short project brief

Describe what the calculator should do. The site owner will use your email to discuss scope and pricing.

Checking whether the form is available…

20–2,000 characters. For example: customers enter an area and material type to see an estimate. No attachments or confidential formulas are needed at this stage.

Your email, brief, language and submission time stay in a private inbox for up to 90 days, solely to handle this request. This does not subscribe you to news. Do not send ID numbers, bank details or customer data.
