Estimate inputs

Net area: 120 − 20 = 100 m²

Coats: 2 · Coverage: 10 m²/L · Waste: 10%

Paint including waste: Approx. 22 L · Tin size: 9 L

Purchased volume: 3 × 9 = 27 L

Includes ALL entered coats; charged against the area once.

Excludes VAT, primer, wall repairs and scaffolding. Check the site and confirm the scope with the responsible person before actual use.

Labour is rounded to satang before summing. Paint is charged by whole tins. Displayed litres are approximate and do not determine tin rounding.

How the estimate works

  1. Net area = gross area − unpainted area
  2. Paint needed = net area × coats ÷ coverage per litre × (1 + waste ÷ 100)
  3. Tins = paint needed ÷ tin size, rounded up to whole tins
  4. Total = tins × price per tin + net area × labour rate + preparation + transport
